The Starting Line opened it's doors on March 15, 1984 and has been serving runners and walkers in the Los Angeles area ever since.
Customers receive a unique and enjoyable shoe-fitting experience. Twice chosen as one of the "Top 100 places to visit in L. A." by Los Angeles Magazine, we're now celebratiing 26 years at the same location in Marina Del Rey.
The Starting Line continues to offer a free "Sports Injury Clinic" the first Saturday of each month from 10:00am to 1:00pm. For 26 years, we've been fortunate to have Dr. Dan Altchuler D.P.M (Dr. Dan) conducting short sessions with those in need of insight as to the cause of their aches and pains. It's always a good idea to give us a call the week before if you are planning to attend.
Group runs are offered on Wednesdays at 5:30pm & 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am - call for details
